Customer Refund Policy

Products purchased from not just a shop can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 28 days of the purchase.

Items to be refunded must be accompanied by the original till receipt and should be:

• Unused and in the original packaging
• In a saleable condition

We do not offer credit notes. This does not affect your statutory rights.
