The website www.notjustashop.arts.ac.uk is operated by not just a shop, part of University of the Arts London (UAL). You can view UAL’s privacy information here.
In order to fulfil our contract with you, we collect your data (name, email and postal address) in order to:
- Process payment for products you buy from us
- Arrange delivery of products you buy from us
The personal data you provide when you create a not just a shop customer account is stored within UAL.
All payments are taken by our payment service provider Realex on their secure site. Realex are a European payment service provider and a division of Global Payment. Neither not just a shop nor UAL has access to your payment information.
We will not share your data with any other organisation outside of UAL.
Your data will be retained for a period of 7 years for UAL’s financial and VAT records.
Direct Marketing
For existing customers or if you sign up to our newsletter, we will also use your contact details to inform you about similar products or services that we provide. Your purchase history may be used to serve you with content that we think will be most relevant to you.
Your contact details will be stored by Mailchimp in the US, certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
We will contact you on the basis of our legitimate interests and also your consent, and you can unsubscribe or ask us at any time to stop using your information in this way.
