Veronika Danielsson is a graphic designer who is passionate about communication, education and creative typography. Her brand, Nose to Tail, creates educational products inspired by the Animal Kingdom. It started as an idea about teaching kids spatial awareness; the tape measure allows you to visualise the average lengths of 50 different animals, from the tiny Gold Frog to the mighty Komodo Dragon.
Hand-packaged in Veronika’s London studio and stretching a full three-metres when unreeled, the tape’s standard metric markings are accompanied by illustrations of the assorted mammals, birds, fish, reptiles and amphibians that have been painstakingly researched, to mark each species’ average length.
