Delivery information

Our store in London’s Holborn is unfortunately closed until the New Year due to staff shortages.

We are still open for online orders and click and collect services. Please see below for further information.

Shipping times

The last day for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is Friday 17th December. Please place your order on or before this date for your order to arrive in time for Christmas.

Our standard shipping time is 3-4 business days. However, due to COVID-19, shipping times may currently be delayed. If you have specific queries around delivery please contact us at notjustashop@arts.ac.uk

International shipping

We currently ship items to UK addresses (including those in the Channel Islands) only.

Click and collect orders

The last day to place your click and collect order before Christmas is 22nd December. The last date to collect your order is the 23rd December.

If you would like to place an order for our click and collect service, please be advised that due to lockdown our staff will need to coordinate a collection date and time for your individual order. You will be contacted by email to arrange this.

Packaging

To reduce our impact on the environment, not just a shop re-uses cardboard boxes and packaging whenever possible. If this will be an issue for your order, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to work with you individually.

Gift wrap

We are pleased to say that we are now offering a gift wrapping service on your online orders. At £3 an item, we will gift wrap your items using exclusive not just a shop wrapping paper, designed by UAL students. This service can be selected at checkout alongside an optional order notes box for any additional comments and gift messages.
